Our club is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our youth coaching team. No experience? No problem. If you’ve got enthusiasm, a love for cricket, and a desire to inspire the next generation, we’ll support you every step of the way.

🧠 Training & Support

You don’t need to be an expert—just bring your energy and we’ll help with the rest. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) offers accessible coaching courses designed for beginners and experienced coaches alike:

• ECB Foundation Coach – Perfect for those new to coaching. Learn the basics and start leading sessions with confidence.
• ECB Core Coach – For those ready to take the next step and lead player-centred coaching independently.

Both courses blend online learning with face-to-face modules and are open to anyone aged 17 and over. Bursaries are available for eligible applicants, and safeguarding and DBS support is provided through the club.
